Watching 60 minutes this past week and seeing the work of Dr. Paul Farmer…hearing about The Innocence Project, where students take on cases of inmates who claimed to be innocent…I am humbled by these people who have taken the steps to make the world a better place. Sure, it sounds trite, but the truth of it is people are doing things every day, simply because of the strength of their beliefs in how the world should be. Through these actions, they change the world. They, and so many others, are my inspiration.
