I’m now trying to resist the urge to keep buying more stuff just because it’s on sale. I remind myself that it’s not about trying to see how much money we can spend!

Tis the season! I have a plan this year, I just need to make sure I make the time to get it done right and on time. I need to make sure to make time for shipping since I live away from my family.

Oh gawd, I don’t know if I can do this.. hmm..
I wonder if this week is counted as “early”?
Sure. As long as it’s not the 23rd.
As much as I thought that stores pushed early shopping I found it very difficult to find some items for gifts. I think that certain gifts would be easier bought a year in advance (but who the hell wants to do that?!)
I bought all the gifts for my nieces, so I am on track to achieve this. I hope in the next couple of days to finish this
madamwitty is waaay too busy for 43T lately
But I didn’t check it off because, although the gifts I have were adequate, I felt like I ought to buy more.
Next year, I’ll try to finish early and be firm about no more gifts!
but I actually had this essentially done by the middle of last week because my family had an early Xmas gathering (last weekend). Thing is, I had to return a couple of items and order replacements, which I didn’t get round to till today. So I can now finally mark this as officially done.
