Ok, am attacking this in stages.
First step, I am using a large inflated swiss ball to slowly develop my back and hip flexor flexibility and get used to the shape of the thing. Am also doing handstands to get used to my weight on my arms and the feeling of being upside down. For the handstands I am utilising the following references:

For the backwalkover, am looking at this for reference:

I can do it!!! I’ve been able to do it since i was 9. but last yr. i pulled a muscle and now i’m scared to do it!!!
When my gymnastic teacher forces me to do or i get 100 V-up, i do it or i jus stand there til class is over.
It has gotta out of hand.
