I left my keys overnight in the laundry-room on Sept 30th. I think I was too focused on a difficult phone call that I made at the time. I needed to secure down my personal belongings before Imade that call.
Now that I’m away from the hustle bustle of my everyday life, I’m really focusing on whatever task I’m doing at the time. No matter how trivial it may seem.
I need to be more about completing actions before shifting my attention and focus somewhere else. 7 months ago

I still haven’t hit 3o days in a row yet, doing my best to fill in all the “off” days:
last one was definitely July 5th, as I drove off without my house call towel
on July 3rd, I actually put my gymbag back into my gym locker, locked it, and rode off without it.
on June 29th, I realized when I got to the store, that I had left my wallet at home.
On June 23rd, I totally forgot about a meeting that was scheduled.
on June 5th, I left my electric toothbrush in the hotel room.
on May 29th, I left my favorite yellow shirt in the hotel room closet.
I’ll let my memory gel, and come up with the 2-3 other mishaps that occurred since my last update. IN any event, I’m working on a 10 day streak currently. 22 months ago
