stufaluf is ready for a change. growing up and living life. what more is it?
Time, effort, energy, and life have allowed me not to work out 5 ays a week. So I have changed to 3 days a week. I feel this is more reasonable for me.

I went jogging this morning, I think I did 3 laps. It was a long stretch at Lake Bottom Park. I also did 2 stairs. This starts my first 5 days. With my body type, I have to do different exercises. I have Fit TV and will start using it. Working out 5 days a week, that may seem like much, but it is worth it and I know I can get this done. I will work out until Tuesday, take a 2 day break and start back on Friday for another 5 days. I think later on I may walk a mile in front of the televsion.

I am 32 will be 33 in a few months. I want to continue with my girlish figure. I know that exercising and eating right will help keep things together. I just need to get out and do something 5 days a week. Please help.

so i do this every week now without thinking about it, and although its a weekly goal, i feel confident in the fact that i will continue to do it every week and i dont need it on my list to remind me :)

since its a full week finally again at the rink, i’m going to do this!
so far this week i have done my usual 3h40m of on ice training every day (i pretty much always do this whether i work out or not)
and i have done 20 minutes of cardio, abs, and a few strength exercises each day.
tomorrow i will do a longer workout because i am only skating for 2 hours :)

i suppose i could work out tomorrow or sunday and tack it on, but really i’m trying to workout monday-friday as counting towards this goal. i did monday (strength) tuesday (long modern class) nothing wednesday thursday (strength & sprintscardio!) and friday (super strength/strength-coordination-balance)
i love fridays because i get to work out with my awesome trainer that does crazy workouts with lots of rubber bands and weird things to balance on. today i did one legged squats while i extended my free leg backwards while balancing on this thing that is supposed to spin around. and one legged squats on this half stability ball thing and all of this other crazy stuff!

i definetly worked out monday, and if you count my 90 min modern class as a workout i worked out yesterday too!
i’m going to do my strength workout now and hopefully make it to a hiphop class tonight :)

my back is killing me and i have no idea why… but it hurts too much to work out a lot. skating is kinda enough :(

today i didnt do cardio but i did lift weights
i feel a little lazy but i stayed up late watching the sox win the world series last night and i had to wake up at 5 for skating.
also my back and my ankle were bothering me today, which is really weird. tomorrow i get a massage for the first time in two months! which will hopefully make my whole bod feel a lot better!

i actually did this ALL week. i actually did it 6 days in a row…. so i was pretty stoked. yesterday i had a really challenging workout with my trainer person, which i definetly felt when i woke up this morning!
YAY.
okay, i’m ready for week 2 of this!
