Ahhh if it’s not me, it’s him. We are not disciplined at all. I need someone to push me!

after some 4 months of no climbing…i am now in bo, norway…a climbing capital for this part of norway…granite all around, some bouldering some walls, alot of beauty and a good community of climbers…i’m starting to improve…
I’ve been bouldering two times a week for several months now. Mostly I have been climbing alone or with random people in the bouldering area at Mission Cliffs gym. Just last month, I got to do some top-roping with my “usual partner” whom I have not climbed with in a really long time. I really started to notice a vast improvement in my balance, crimping and problem solving. I climbed a 5.11c and without untying went immediately back up a 5.10d because I was not “done”.
I was surprised, actually.
While this does mark improvement, I still feel that I have a lot of room to grow and become better.
This will be an on-going task.
okay so that day, i lead a VS 4c, by mistake, couldn’t find any gear, got scared to the bone, almost fell off, but made it…
since then i’ve been to the peak district for 5 days, i was doing a training course with a company i’m working for…so i didn’t have time to climb, but i stayed an extra day and went bouldering on grit….it was awesome… let’s upload a picture…
so i done my SPA (single pitch award) training… now need to fill in my log book…tomorow me and liz are gonna go to king wall…it’s gonna be a beautiful day and we have all the time in the world. plus, she’s like a good 3 levels above me in climbing so i can only learn… the girl is leading E’s and 6a’s…whoa!
i just started climbing some 3 months ago, i didn’t do much climbing, once, sometimes twice a week, but i think i’m getting the bug, cause i really wanna go now… i wanna get better, especially i need to figure out overhangs… is it lack of strength? is it technique? is it reach? is it fear? i need to figure this out…maybe go up to north wales next weekend for a couple of days, after i hand in all my assignments!!! and have some rocking fun…
