How to get my passport

How I did it: well i got my friend to be my guarantor, got photos, filled out the form and everything. went to the office, 2 hrs away, and it was all rejected for 3 different reasons. Lessons & tips: don't ever have your passport stolen. it's a huge pain to get another one, and if you lose 2 or more, you're considered a security risk and will have trouble getting a passport in the future. How I did it: Just get it done ahead of time...don't wait til the last minute. Make sure you send in everything needed (proof of residency, birth certificate, copy of ID and SS#, and passport photos). Don't waist your money going to Kinkos or other expensive places to get your photo. Drug stores usually do it for a cheaper price. Read how I did it…

I need to file all of the necessary paperwork, & get the ball rolling. I want to go abroad with m’darlin’ but can’t until this is done. First to get my name change, & before I can do that, get the divorce. One thing at a time I guess.

Got the passport pics. Super cheap at Shoppers Drug mart, $9 compared to 15-18 dollars at other locations. Now must fill out form and get myself to the passport office!!

so I woke up at 5:30am to go get my passport today.
it was rejected for 3 reasons. I need to pay fees and get a lawyer to sign a form for me stating that my passport was stolen. it was over a year ago, you’d think it would be finished with by now. sigh.

Just waiting for some more documents to come in the mail so I can bring this and continue the process of getting my passport.
I looked up the costs and paperwork requirements etc. So I have a pretty good idea of how I’m going to get it.
