How I did it: I do this all the time. Seriously – I don’t have a social life xD I can

in touch with. This is a MUST for everyone, since nowadays people just don’t hear their inner voice. Get back in touch with yourself. You understand lots of things about yourself, feel safer, more confident. It's an experience that you can't just describe in one or two words. After you'll do this, you'll find out how important and pleasant it is and definitely do it again.
Lessons & tips: Pick a good time for this, like a vacation. It's supposed to bring pleasure, not problems.
I used to love this, but it’s lost it’s appeal. It’s nice when you have things to do, if you are just going to sit though it gets dull.
Of course, i love to sit with a book and the rabbit snuggled on my knees listening to music and knowing that no one is going to interrupt me.
