Does anyone know if there is like a website to find lofts in your area? or HOW in the world you find one? :)

dreamers_disease beating procrastination since 2009
and some day i don’t finish my dinner….would i call it loftovers?
i’ve fantasized about this for 6 years already.
ever since i found out what a loft was…i want to do this. even if it’s not for so long i want to experience it for a little bit…
When I was younger, I imagined that I would one day live in a beautiful loft apartment with my close friends, in the middle of Downtown Manhattan or Soho. In my room, I’d have a beautiful bedroom with the comfy bed, facing the window, where I’d sit legs crossed with my laptop and a cup of coffee and write novel-worthy things all day.
Instead I got the house that- yes probably got minorly hit by a tree- and looks at other buildings. The house is really old but it costs wayyy to much to repair, especially before 2007, where there was only 1 working parent. The walls are cracked and the windows I do have in my room overlook the various backyards that house killer pitbulls, thrown out furniture and garbage cans.
Not exactly the Carrie Bradshaw lifestyle I was hoping for.
ryein hot town, summer in the city...
I’m moving into my loft in 3 days. It’s huge and open. I’m so excited!
It’s okay. I’ve lived in 2 now but they have both been with roommates. That’s exactly what I don’t like about them. The openness means no privacy to shut the door. I LOVE the layouts of both of my lofts though.

.. get really jealous when I see a loft. I’ve always wanted a loft as long as I can remember, even before knowing how was it called. That’s my dream appartment ;)
I was watching Tv this afternoon and it occured to me how lovely it would be to live in a loft. Kind of like being in a secluded, comfy area yet right in the center of all the activties that the heart of the city contains. What a wonderful dream!
well, in the past 2 years i’ve lived in three diffrent lofts and a house. you only live once, do as many things as you can, go as many places as you can afford!
