It went down again to $115. I checked the forums. Apparently the bunny has a lot of problems for most people. Ohwell. Still worth it I think.

The new Nabaztag/tag just went down $40 to be $150. Should I wait until I have enough money to get two… one for me and one for my SO? Or should I buy one and see how I like it before buying the other?

got one at work and it conflicts with saving money goal!

wooo! He’s finally alive! Months after I bought him…....and I only had to change jobs to get somewhere with a wifi port too.

So, i’ve been trying to connect my lovely new Nabaztag to the wireless router at work, but the wireless network is locked up tighter than a gnat’s chuff. For the techies amongst you, the router has been set up for WPA protocol and Nabaztag only uses WEP at the moment. I can’t even connect to our network with my laptop. I know that security is important, but a wireless network that you cannot connect to defeats the purpose!

My Nabaztag has been dispatched to me! I just got a confirmation email after waiting over a month…..maybe that’s it’s gestation period?

I got a Nabaztag (http://www.nabaztag.com) becuase I wanted to see the utility/benefit of an ‘ambient device’ , and living in the UK, can’t use www.ambientdevices.com . The nabaztag is a lot of fun, but turn off the clock – it gets irritating. It is, at the moment, slightly gimmicky, but as the services develop (ny times headlines, ning api’s etc.) it’s getting more interesting…and it’s not really ambient -it’s LOUD and flashes colours and moves it’s ears.

I thought my cats would attack it, but they’re completely ambivalent to it!

Recommended – it’s an interesting device…
