eat them a lot. drink them a lot. mostly drink, though. for calcium, for hormonal balance, for healthy hair, skin, & nails, for general health and well being. :)
my goal is to drink green juice or smoothie daily, am and pm, and eat a green salad often. the salad eating will get easier as the weather gets hotter. it’s been cool lately and i have been wanting heavier meals.
since many of my favorite greens, e.g., collards, spinach & kale, are high on the dirty dozen list all the greens i plan to ingest will have to be organic. i should have been more strict about organic produce long ago. i’m sure all that chemical treatment plays some role in my hormonal imbalance. well, i’m ready for that switch now.
