plan a trip

This summber I have to really make and to go on a trip. Whether it be a mini trip or what i consider a vacation.

Okay, so I don’t mean a trip like the recent six day cross-country fiasco cross-country to see the girls’ Grandparents or my solo upcoming jaunt back to home for my baby bro’s 30th – I mean actual having an adventure, maybe attempting another language, no relatives involved travel. I just wrote my first (lengthy) entry about having backpacked through Europe and it’s gotten me all in a dither – I realized how much I miss travel. I’ts been seven (eight?)years since I backpacked through parts of Asia and that’s just too long.

So a couple of considerations about traveling with my two young girls (insanity) vs on my own (yikes!) and timing as we are about to take on rehabbing and relocating to a new home. Hmmm, I just need to have this as a goal, even if it’s one on the back burner for half a year or so. There’s always planning, right? That’s fun, right?

this is another trip that i can plan some other day. now i already planned a trip with some friends to another place.

i always wanted to visit Cuba.

I’ve been home long enough. My wanderlust is flaring up again. And next week I’m going to Montreal and Quebec City.
