    this year I have not;
    Bought any crips or sweets ( I’ve eaten some but they are all still lying around from xmas)

    this year I have;
    Had a probiotic most days
    Gone cycling twice.

    It may not sound like a lot to some, but those are quite big changes for me.

    Well today I went to the hospital for tests to see if there is any reason, other than that I’m lazy, that I’m not losing weight. They think I,m just lazy, but I went for a swim afterwards and proved them wrong. ;-)
