my main aim is to be toned before i bulk up.
Any tips?
i’ve been regularly working and i’ve put on 6 pounds of pure muscle,it feels really good, it’s like wearing the most expensive and exotic dress!! i love my body!! Gym is the only place i feel ALIVE!!!!
