Lately I’ve had an enormous amount of chaos going on in my life and haven’t been able to make it to my normal class/ classes. I can totally tell the difference in my body and in my emotions. Guess the answer is to find an alternate yoga studio.

Now I go every Saturday morning. I am going to add Friday night breathing class also so I am not so stressed and am unwound from my work week for my Saturday class.
The place where I go is so beautifully decorated and has such wonderful energy that I just love going. It smells really good too.

I am so stressed so often that I do need to implement this into my life. It’s simply ridiculaous not to. I live near gobs of classes and have lost enough weight that I wont fall over and roll out the door if I pose wrong… Geez I even did a few classes when I was super chunky—- I loved it. No idea why I stopped.

I love yoga. I feel so at peace and healthy. When I am doing yoga I feel very in-tuned to my body and what is going on with it, both inside and out. I also enjoy that I can chose to focus only on my movements and the ambiance or I can use the time to focus on what is going on in my life and check out the things in my head too. I recommend yoga as a life practice to everyone.

Final class for the beginners sessions. It went well, although I had sore arms the next day! I think I’m going to sign up for beginners 2!

I really wasn’t going to go, but I totally dragged my behind to yoga on Tuesday. My back hurt a little and it was the only thing I could think of to help it.

Tonight we worked more on balancing techniques. We warmed up by doing the sitting half lotis and then did the standing half lotis. It was another good class.
