buy a beach house

who doesn’t wanna have a beach house???
birds, the beach, water..fresh air? uh who?oooooooooorrrrr city? with lights, traffic…

I’m 26 now, realistically I want to retire to the Outer Banks by the time I am 55. Ocean front property, never work another day in my life.

My dad has a beach house and I go there every summer. I’d like one of my own that my family and I can vacation at whenever we have free time, instead of going to my father’s home which requires permission in advance and following all his rules with the home. I also believe it will be a good investment.

im saving so one day i can have a beach house…. i am 28 i figure by 40 something i should accomplish that… hopefully around 35 while i still look good in a bikini! i grew up in huntington beach california, and now live in the middle of south carolina…. big difference… i miss the beach so bad… but one day i will be back! maybe in hilton head island or the florida keys!!

I’m working on saving money and getting my credit cleaned up before this can go forward… This is one of my really looooong term goals.

I have a house two blocks from the beach and I love it. I feel like I’m on vacation all the time. I recommend anyone do this if they love lots of activity and the hot beach weather.
