get my Christmas shopping done by December 1

I despise doing crissy shopping in the mad mayhem rush period. It’s so much better doing it prior to that rush, and it helps you think about yr shopping – no mad, last minute stupid gifts.

i think part of the reason I did it so early was that my sister was due on christmas day so we had to be ultra-organised : )
As it was, bubba made her appearance a whole month early – but we will still sorted!

now.. to write lists of who i need to shop for and to get cracking!

This goal is also really good because you’re not stressing out at the last moment money wise.. it’s spread out over a bit. hoorah!

So I had to have surgery, I got laid off, and I moved in the time between adding this goal and failing. I think I win. I’m broke. :(

internet shopping rocks!

for myself today! Has anyone else ever gotten so impatient with themselves?

I already bought for Boyfriend, Dad, Dad’s Wife, Friend 1, Friend 2, Friend 3, Mom, Brother, Me, Me, Me - oops, I didn’t mean to put that on the list… tee hee! Yep, a bunch of GREAT gifts and a bunch of $2.95 shipping. I love overstock.com. :)

I might actually meet this goal!!

They say you should paint the same thing over and over so that you conquer that object and improve. I’ve now got about 10 lighthouse scenes done. I’ll be framing those and giving them to my siblings and my husband’s siblings. YaHoo, another five down!

I’ve now bought for five people, two of which still need more. But that is three off of the list!

If I get it done by December 1, that gives me 23 days to wrap and deliver!

I’ll see everyone in the mall on Christmas eve due to my procrastination.
