design and build (and live in) an underground house

For over 30 years I’ve wanted to do this but it never seemed doable. Of course these days it makes even more sense from an energy point of view. Just something simple with windows on either side of double doors facing a curved driveway and all the main rooms inside facing into a large sunken courtyard with ferns in it. And a roof the sheep keep down..

I want to do this really badly! :D I even have the design done, I want to do this when I finish college so I figure I have two years to get the money together :D i figure 5 million outa be about right eh? LOL :D
