Basically it’s an upday and a downday. On one day you eat until satisfied (but not a grotesque amount of course.) The next day you limit yourself to 500. The point of it is to keep your calories intake for the week low. While days of deprivation and food measuring are difficult, every other day is more doable.
I don’t want to do this forever. I would like to eventually get to the point where I can eat healthy and proportionally everyday but this is a good start. It’s worked for me before.
SInce I just decided on this plan this afternoon, today has become an upday but I don’t think I have exceeded 1,600 calories. So far so good. Tomorrow I am aiming for 6-800 calories. I’m slowing getting myself down to that 500 range.

Ok, the fact is that 12 years ago I was about 45 lbs lighter, and a year ago I waighted 45 more than the I do now. The fact is that I want to get rid of about 20 more -not 45, ‘cause I didn’t liked myself like that…

Between graduation and all the celebrating, my diet has taken a good kick in the teeth. At least I haven’t gained any more…but still hovering at 210.

I am giving myself an incentive to lose this last twenty pounds. I already lost 20, but don’t feel that I am quite done yet. However, the original zest with which the first 20 pounds melted off of me is gone. I am going to give myself a small incentive to get me through this next 20… I am thinking of either granting myself the spa day or the independent vacation that are on my 43 things. I suppose you could call it “killing two birds with one stone.” Wish me luck!

So when I was young I had no problem with my weight. Then I got married….. So i gained about 50 pounds, I’ve almost lost 20 and now my goals to lose 20 more. I never realized how hard it is. 7months ago I went to weight watchers…2months later my husband read my weight watcher books and in about 4months he lost 50 pounds. Men make me sick.

I don’t know how it happened, well actually I do. it was about 8 to 10 pounds a year for 10 years. So I woke up almost 3 years ago with an extra 100 pounds on me, I’ve lost 55 pounds already, one day at a time, i started exercising and eating healthier, drinking more water and taking vitamins and herbs. Really started taking care of me and that was something new for I have MANY children. So I’m on my way. I am taking on another goal of 20 pounds! so here goes.
