How I did it: I was fostering a business relationship with a major hotel group and they provided me with free passes to their world famous spa.
It was amazing!
Lessons & tips: If you can't get free passes buy a day pass to a spa in a local hotel. It is inexpensive and you can use all the inclusive things like sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, hamman and more.
