Free my home from clutter! 11 months ago

I feel like no matter how much I throw out there is still too much clutter! And I hate it when I think it’s safe to get rid of something and then I need it a week later. How do you know what to get rid of?

How + Where Do I Start to Free My Home From CLUTTER ? 21 months ago

I am welcoming ideas on where to start.
My home needs every room to be free and it seems overwhelming.

What have others done in this situation.

A starting place that I won’t do start then
stand back and think…
I barely made a dent.
I can’t get anywhere, so why try?
.. then give up!

How to begin to feel I succeeded to climb the mountain!

Nothing like moving to help de-clutter your house. ;)

Clear your clutter and love your life 3 years ago

This is so worth doing. I have been an organizing expert for over 8 years now and it is so gratifying to help people change their lives by changing their environments! Definitely worth doing for anyone at any time in their life!

Feels wonderful 3 years ago

To be rid of all that clutter.

Well, it’s sort of free from clutter – we’ve moved it out into the garage! Will then sort it all out, when my modules completed.

De-clutter Heaven 3 years ago

I became a professional organizer a few years back and made my home the first target! It is wonderful to have a more open, de-cluttered home. I feel so much better with my home this way. It is hard to keep it like this with my husband around as he does not seem to have any clue how to put things back where he gets them from. The older I get the more of a minimalist I am becoming and I am TOTALLY ok with that! I periodically go through and raze the stuff I have accumulated (about once a year) and donate to a local battered women’s shelter. They take almost everything as they are trying to help the women set up from scratch…many of them leave their homes with only the clothes on their backs. It helps me out to purge once a year and it helps the shelter as well…win/win situation!

I think this goal will be completed in my efforts to get the house ready to move. although my husband attaches sentimental value to the strangest things, so it’s hard to get him to let go of stuff.

clothes and boxes 3 years ago

These are the main things we need to sort out, to make our home free of clutter. We have the boxes, we have the time -now we just need the energy to do it!
