Step one: check, step two: never

I was able to do the frogstand for a full minute. So I tried the tuck planche. It feels like I may never ever do the tuck planche for even 1 second. I rigged up a nautilus machine at the gym to pull my hips upwards with 60 pounds of counterweight, and I can just barely lift my knees off the ground for 10-15 seconds.
