keep a house plant alive for more than a month

Man that was easy. I think I’m responsible enough to step up to a small animal of some sort.

Try a philodendron, a golden pothos (sp?), or a wandering jew. I am not great with plants, but have managed to grow one each of these to truly monstrous proportions. They require medium light and are tolerant of people who sometimes forget to water. As long as you water it at the first sign of leaf droopage, the plant will bounce back quickly.

We’ve had our plants for about 5 years now.

I believe it was slowly dying, but it lasted about one semester in my dorm… then I left it at home with my family and they nursed it back to complete health, lol
