I have the bone structure of a baby bird.
I accomplished this over the summer and promptly lost it by being utterly lazy for an entire month. So I guess it’s back on my goal list. Come back, wicked biceps, come back!
I just don’t have the discipline to lift weights—I also have the attention span of a 2 year old. Bah! But rock climbing is having somewhat of an effect on my arms! Go me!
