I have never tried sushi, but I want to try. Some says it’s ok, others think that sushi is disgusting. But I will try someday.

How I did it: My friend brought it sushi and she said i could try some. it stank- i think it was the seaweed but i couldnt not try it. i really couldnt swallow it so i had to spit it out and put it in the bin. i think seaweed should stay in the sea- not wrapped round some rice and raw fish! i will wont be trying sushi again any time soon! How I did it: Learning to eat and appreciate sushi properly is probably not something you can do in just one visit. If you are interested in really getting to know sushi as a culinary experience, go to a sushi bar with a good reputation, and sit at the bar. Even if you are not comfortable conversing with or ordering from the chef, watching him or her work with the food is very interesting, and you can learn a lot just through observation. How I did it: Went to Mandarin for a friend's birthday. And they had cooked sushi. With shrimp or something inside, so I tried it. It was alright, nothing special. I think I just wanted to try it. And I'm glad I got the experience over with, so I know I'm not missing out. : ) Read how I did it…

Krusti ! :(
I was with my friend in town and I bought us some and it was probably the most yucky thing I have ever tasted. It’s all slimey and what the hell even is the black stuff that’s wrapped around the horrible sticky rice stuff? Fish skin? I liked the little fishy thing the soy sauce came in though :D
that I’m missing out on anything too awesome. It’s probably just not my thing. I prefer other Japanese food. : )
I was always grossed out by the idea of sushi until I met James. He made me go to a Japanese restaurant with him and then convinced me to try some. I started off with “beginner sushi” like California Rolls, nothing too fancy. Now I am addicted! We go out for sushi at least once a month now.
Ive never eaten fish before, so when i was turning blue in the face & having my date slapping me on the back,i decided maybe it wasnt the best time to try it.
Not that i disliked it, i was glad to have the experience, just not the part where half of it lodged in my throat.
I finally admited over an ice cream that id never actually tried it before, none the less must of worked…i got a second date.
