Went out to a dry”ish” lake with a couple of buddies, one of whom had an ATV. It was a BLAST and I’m looking forward to the day that I have my own!!

How I did it: I've always wanted to ride/drive ATVs so when I was in Los Cabos, I made sure one of my excursions was an ATV ride. It was my very first time riding an ATV and the one I had was a manual and I didn't know it. I was going really slow and couldn't figure out why until one of the other riders told me to use my gears. Once I figured out how to use my gears I was able to make that thing go fast over dunes. We rode through the desert, beach, and mountains. The second time I rode an ATV was in Costa Rica. This time I made sure I had an automatic.
Lessons & tips: HYDRATE! Make sure to hydrate when you're doing this activity in hot climate. One of the riders in our group passed out and crashed her ATV because she was dehydrated.

okay so my boyfriend has a quad or atv whatever you call them nowadays and he wants me to ride it with him sometime. i know they are dangerous i guess but whatever. at first i politely refused to let him put me on that monster but now i think i want to live my life on the edge aha (:

So awesome… At first I did not want to do this, but my sister convinced me to try this when we were in Puerta Vallerta. I figured I wouldnt really be into it. We had such a blast. We were out there for like 2-3 hours I got totally sunburned but it was def. worth it. We went through the mud (the best part), crossed a river, and idled next to a bull, it was very exhilerating. After it was all said and done I was talking about wanting to buy one.

i have done this in summer for 30 mins. was fun. i was not skilled. but this was somethign i have been looking for.
now the reason i remembered this becaus ei want to do it again.. in winter… with mud and brown smalll water ponds. lookin for it. splashing mud everywhere. i am marking it as done however because i have done it once :D..

we rode ATVs through the jungle in cozumel, and got to see mayan ruins. it had rained recently and we ended up covered in mud. SO FUN.
Rode atv's near Palm Springs

I had a great time riding atv’s just outside Palm Springs. Saw this rental place on my way into Palm Springs, but almost turned around and walked back out. I was expecting a long ride through the desert, and thought it looked like a go-kart track gone very wrong. It was me that was wrong, this turned out to be a blast.

fun times. i love terrain. if you ever go to hawaii, go to the ranch and take the two hour tour. i don’t think one hour would’ve been enough. and the paths weren’t completely flat like we thought they were going to be. exciting!
