1. Lose weight and improve tone by going to the gym at least three times a week; I’ve started going back to the gym, not as regular as i would like, but it’s a start.
2. Eat more healthier: cut out take aways, snacks etc; and try and cook more from scratch. I’ll also try and stop buying junk food from the store so I don’t have it in the house when I am feeling tempted. Doing OK on this one.
3. Relax more and get proper sleep. I’m going to be very protective of my 8 hours from now. People be warned LOL. Not doing well on this one :(

Every year I set myself grandgoals, and every year I fail. This year, I’m going to do my damnedest to try!
So, what I want to do in 2008 is:
1. Lose weight and improve tone by going to the gym at least three times a week;
