How I did it: I just continued eating better and my walks when I could. It helps greatly the support I have. It really has been all about find what works for me. I have failed so many times because I was following somebody elses diet. Advice from others is great but you have to remember sometimes what worked for them won't work for you. well this past wedns my weight went back up a pound so still 4 pounds away from weight. Today though just to see were its at I checked…doesn’t count but 2 pounds away from the goal. So hopefully it sticks or I even lose more this week. 2 years ago
