Well, I haven’t eaten a salad every day since I added this goal (a few days ago), but I did eat a salad today. Now I just need to keep it up! 14 months ago


jasomeyeThis sounds so easy...but

You’d think it would be easy to eat a salad every day, but whenever I go to the fridge it seems like I always want something else. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love salad, but I’m a snacker and tend to grab things that are (extremely) easy to prepare.

Maybe I’ll start buying those pre-mix salads and go from there. Perhaps the extra energy I’ll have from eating more veggies will give me the motivation to make bigger and better salads for myself.

Pretty good! Salad & lettuce wraps yesterday. Tried Mongolian BBQ for the veggies; but somehow most of the veggies vanished on the grill, & I ended up with way too many noodles, 85% of which I threw away. Well, I did the best I could.

Today: oh yeah, salad from Whole Foods and a kale salad from Veggie Grill. Rock on!! 21 months ago
