Most of the exercises, but didn’t feel like doing the repeat sets of the forward and backward push-ups, and I do not have weights or a pull up bar so that was pretty tragic. Yesterday my butt felt pretty worked out, but after a night of sleep I have decided it was really my hips that benefited the most from the work out, which really they need more help… good news?
I need to remember to have a little bit of protein next time (Arnold says so!), but today maybe I will take a break and just goof off on the exercise ball and resume the work out tomorrow! 2 years ago
