How I did it: My little cousin asked if i knew how to do a cartwheel and when I said no she taught me only with three tries! I kinda fell the first time but once you get over falling it's easy!

Lessons & tips: Just find a friend who knows how to cartwheel and ask them to help.... PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!!

How I did it: I learned how to do a cartwheel when I was 6, but I stopped gymnastics and didn't practice. I just got into gymnastics again, (I'm trying to teach myself) and I couldn't do a cartwheel! I mean, I was great until I had to get my right leg on the ground, in back of my left (it always wanted to go in front, haha).So I just remembered to PUSH myself back on my left leg, and pretty soon I got it.     Over the summer a had a slumber party with my closest friends. You know that you have true friends when your not afraid to do completely stupid stuff in front of them. Lots of my friends are talented dances are so cartwheels to them are like ‘baby stuff’. They were all like flinging themselves all over the yard in crazy cartwheel, and they told me time and time how to…but It just didn’t work out. I don’t what it is, I just can’t do a cartwheel…. :(

    This is a goal that I keep on my list. 6 months ago

    I make sure to go outside every now and then and do a cartwheel (or a few) to make sure I am still strong and flexible enough to do it.

    My ultimate go for this is to be able to do cartwheels when I am 70. After all, it’s easier to maintain strength than to try and get it back!

    My Mom was teaching some of my siblings, but I didn’t feel like learning at that time and now most of my friends and family can cartwheel and I seriously am falling on my head everytime I try. I am so determined!
