My 43 Places page is great for documenting different places within the place I live.
Amy don't waste a day
- Mile High Comics
- somewhere isolated in the mountains
- Denver Public Library
- the hip new Colfax neighborhood
- Cap. Hill
- Paris on the Platte
- Watercourse Foods (this restaurant was my favorite place ever during my vegan days)
- the Gothic
- Jerusalem cafe
I’ve made it to Abe’s, Stella’s, Sister’s, Wild Ginger, DU campus, the Merc, a Main Street Players local theatre production, and the ol’ IHOP (still give me free coffee) though.
I also have a long list of photographs I still need to take in order to properly capture and document all the nuances of the area, from the street sign for “Jackass Hill,” a trophy for vandals that brings out hot high school nostalgia, to the weird, hip new stores cropping up in the poser-y cool and newly reinvented Downtown Littleton, aka “LiDo.”

Gravestone of Alfred Packer, accused cannibal, from the historic Littleton Cemetery.
I’m putting together a set of photos and some entries about my town. The plan is to put together a slideshow (or perhaps even a “Littletonist” blog—half joke, half not) that captures the essence of this place.
