Gemmie♥ in England is going to spend tomorrow completing goals!
I’ve never had great skin. It’s very dry and sensitive and I always have tiny bumps on my forehead. I get quite red cheeks too and would love to get an ever, clear complection.
I’ve just started a healthy diet which includes drinking lots of water so I’m hopeful it’ll will help my skin.
indianprincess610 is being optimistic.
i have been plagued by acne for over a decade now, and everyone used to say “oh it’ll go away when you turn 18” but 18 came and went a long time ago, and the acne’s still the same, if not worse! sometimes it gets so bad i have random people pitying me because of my skin and i feel like slapping them…but two weeks ago i started using this cream i bought on a whim (i was willing to try anything, i would have rubbed my face in bird poop if someone would’ve told me it works!) and its really helped clear my skin already! its clean & clear acne clearing moisturizer…hope this lasts and isn’t just a phase!!
i’ve never been big on makeup because lip gloss and, when i’m feeling adventurous, clear mascara are fine. that’s why its important to have great skin to me. lately i’ve been tempted by foundation and concealer because of the scars that salicylic acid and other acne products can leave. it takes a few days before the old skin can peel off to reveal the fresh skin underneath so lately i’ve been thinking a light concealer would be a good temporary solution. i’m just afraid to be one of those women who look bad when they DON’T put on the makeup (sorry but i always think of kelly clarkson). maybe i just need to go already and start searching for something that’s nice and natural looking.
i’ve been trying to take my multi and a vitamin e everyday and have noticed my skin has looked better lately.
now i need to get used to a skin care regimen. the first time i tried pro active i was religious with it and it made my skin glow i actually did a double take in the mirror but the last time it wasn’t that great. Acne Free has also cleared my skin when done regularly. unfortunately i’m not good at keeping up with systems like that but just like with loosing weight i see its something you have to keep on every single day. so now i’ll take care of my skin the way i take my vitamins—regularly.
i’d rather go with pretty damn good. but the improvement from the beginning of this summer is great.
i completed one of my skin sub-goals, but there’s only two so that’s half. :) on to those stubborn blackheads!
i’ve been working on my face a lot and it doesn’t like it. hopefully the avocado mask i’m doing tonight will calm it down.
