My younger brother and I used to go out to Notre Dame Stadium on Saturdays and bum tickets to the games. Quite often we could get in before kickoff because many fans came with extra tickets they couldn’t use or sell. But even when we couldn’t, we were always able to get exit passes from those who left the game early, so we saw lots of Fighting Irish football games. That was during the Era of Ara (head coach Ara Parseghian). I’ve been an avid ND fan ever since. 5 years ago
