make my bed every day for a month

I’ve never been one to make my bed. I don’t know.. it’s just never been important to me. But I’m living with new people this year and they make their beds everyday, so I decided to do this… let’s see if it will last.

in my chaotic life. That’s what a made bed is to me.

Yeah, yeah, seems like a rather juvenile goal, but coming home to a made bed after work lowers my stress level 10 pts. And I’m so bad about getting it done in the morning before work.

...pretty easy, but, to me, it’s just a waste of my energy in the morning really…

I started this on 02 Nov 05, but i didnt write an entry on that day, so I will officially start today (i made my bed this morning)!! So… here goes!!

This goal seemed to go on forever as I had to do it for a whooooole month… But at least I’ve shown myself I CAN continue with something if I really want to…

It’s weird, I wake up and it’s one of the first things I think of… I even start to make it before I get out by putting the bottom corners in the right place!

1 1/2 weeks left… When I wake up I tend to just make it now :) so after a month is up I might carry on doing it without even thinking about it…

It makes the bed warmer at night time when you get in which is good in the winter :)

2 weeks and 2 days left and I’ve managed so far… :)

which means I’ll finish 2nd November :) but hopefully by then I’ll be so used to making it I will carry on
