How do i get hypnotized?

I want to be hypnotized really bad!

It’s really just progressive relaxation. The only thing that makes it special is that it includes suggestions about behaviors. The “patient” must accept these suggestions in order to be “hypnotized”.

I Did this a few years ago to try to overcome some stuff, and it really doesn’t do a whole lot. While it’s an interesting experience and makes you feel well rested that’s about all you can expect.
