i have a ham radio license as a technician level ..i have had a licensce since 1978…still got it…this 43 site reminds me some of talking on amateur radio..i used to talk with people by morse code..i never used voice much…morse code was favorite…i could talk by code to people hundreds of mikes away..for example ilived in indiana and talked to Leadville colorado,chicago,memphis,florida routinely…you send a message then they would send back…the cheers are kind of like that,,,they have a self perpetuating aspect…you cheer you get,,,you invest that cheer and here comes more cheers…sometimes i would talk to one person and as soon as finished there would be two more transmitting code ready to interact…time passed so fasdt ..i had to do it late at night because of work and my daughter was only about three…stuff to do ..so had to do it late at night…cheers travel so fast and they build up…they come fast and go fast if applied right away it sems,,,funny…73 in ham radio means well wishes to you so 73’s coming your way..hahah..the letter k at the end of a transmission of code means “done for this part or now” something like that…if i put my call sign on here you would know my full name and my exact adress because each radio operator has a unique call sign ..only one in the world likeit…someboby on eartth may have the same name as you ,but no way have the same call sign it is absolutely unique…73s to you 2 years ago

one way to prevent taking steps back is to take a very doable easy strp forward,then heap on massive praise and self love and atta boys,and get someone on the esrth somewhere to say how great you are…go up to them/write to them and say ” i need you to tell me how great i am ,RIGHT now…lots of it”...if they wont do that for you then ,keep on keeping on till you find someone who will…thats how i do it …sometimes i flop on things of course ..so easy small doable step,self praise,self love,someone who will say you are great…if you need to hear you are great just make a comment below this one and i will say how hot/great/wizard,etc you are…then you will have that done by life through me…hah…. 2 years ago

I just completed the compost like Robhn goal.I took the dirt out of the container was in, and the goal is complete. It was satisfying to do so, and to feel the goal as being complete and finished.I think I got a benefit from the this short seasonal goal, so perhaps I shall make some other goals which are seasonal or having a duration of weeks.most of my goals are clop clop clop goals that just clop clop on endlessly like a hores going for water across a dry barren landscape, ... very little positive feedback …just clop pray do,clop,pray do,clop pray,do…and grind out tiny incremental progresses….such as getting another salad eaten, or forcing down some more brussels sprouts, or getting another meditation time in,
or trying to have another day of sending out only peace and love and no negativity towards anything or anyone…. I think I could call these goals ” nose- to- the- grindstone goals”...chuckle… so the seasonal goal was kind of fun to see it completed…danke leben.. 2 years ago

there was an outstanding wrestler at the college level named Gary Kurdlemeyer.I wanted to see what he had to say and i got a hold of
a personal collection of VHS tapes from a coach in Alabama a few years ago.On one of those tapes Gary taught to “find a position and place on the mat and make it yours and learn to find all the possible ways into it and all the possible ways out of it.”I was struck by that idea and pondered it.It is one of my favorites because it applies to mental,emotional,and all kinds of other “wrestling into ” the positions…not physical wrestling ,but wrestling at the life level,
internal, and with life opportunities,life challenges,dissapointments,victories and all sorts of things…i have shared that idea with many people…probabably a hundred on a face to face basis…i am sure gary has no idea that so many people have been influenced in that way by that one idea..so thanks Gary….danke Gary Kurdlemeyer 2 years ago

dirt track race cars actually lift one of the front wheels off the ground when they come full throttle off of the number 4 corner….when i see it enough times i feel like i am back in time,standing at the track in Erie Colorado in 1983 and the late september chill freezes unwanted memories and they fall to the ground like pieces of broken glass….. 2 years ago

i know a lady who has trouble learning,..it came to me to tell her this : perhaps we are like a gigantic mansion,a huge beautiful house with many rooms…maybe we think our mind is only one room …perhaps we could just walk into some new rooms and find all sorts of new tools there for learning,thinkingf,seeing ,feeling…just go in and see what kinds of relly cool stuff we have available in the other rooms and then start having fun using those new rooms…so i told her that…so
