I think I cooked 4 or 5 days this week. My work week was kinda easy, meaning I didn’t have too work too late. Hopefully I’ll keep it up even on my late days too.
How I did it: Out of necessity. We found that the amount of money that we spent eating out was unsustainable. By being creative, shopping smarter, and not buying fast food unless it could not be avoided, we have really learned to enjoy family dinners at home together and brown-bagging it at work. I have become accustomed to bringing easy breakfast items with me to work in the morning, bringing nice lunches with, and looking forward to something nice and homemade at night.
Lessons & tips: variety is king. after a time, you'll begin to realize that you can make food as good or better at home than what you get at casual restaurants for a fraction of the cost.
Resources: online recipes on my phone from the market to the kitchen.

I’m going to make it simple for myself. First, I’m going to just concentrate on cooking at home. I’m not going to worry about cooking healthy or from scratch. Once I get this achieved; then, I’ll work on making healthy meals.
