I don’t have a lot of clothes in my closet, and the ones I do have, have been sitting there for over a year (I don’t go shopping very often), I have worn them at least twice a week for the past year, or they are all old tee-shirts I wear to bed.
I want to get new clothes that I will want to take care of and make me feel a little more confident. 17 months ago

Bought myself a pair of Sebago penny loafers. They are REALLY REALLY stiff right now, but they fit really well and look great. Just need to wear them around the house until they soften up a bit.

In exchange, I tossed out some old broken flats and put another pair in the goodwill box. Neither of them stayed on my feet very well any more and the former were getting torn up so quickly they weren’t worth keeping around. 17 months ago

We went out for a birthday shopping day, and we found two new camis, a turtleneck, and a striped rugby shirt for me! My sister insisted that a pair of pants looked good on me, too, but I’d kind of run out of spending money by that point, especially after buying her and Baby A treats at the farmers’ market and a little cat made out of yarn that Baby A fell in love with at an art fair we happened by earlier in the day. 20 months ago

We just filled an entire paper box with clothes that were fraying, torn, stained, or otherwise damaged. Now to get the Egman to go clothes shopping! 22 months ago
