I went to 2 classes this week! I feel like a big girl :). I plan to try a couple of different pay what you can classes and eventually add one to my weekly routine. (1 new + 1 current = 2 per week)

I did go to class 2 weeks ago. I missed last week because I had to work. I may or may not go this week. There’s a meeting I should probably attend….
I’ve been doing yoga at home these past few weeks. I’m not very good at it. I’m scared about returning to class.
I’ve been thinking about yoga a bit these past few days and I miss it. I stopped going to yoga classes in order to begin a different kind of class (educational/professional development) that meets at the same time. I have about 4 weeks left of this class. I need to pick it back up, in part, so I’ll be up to going to a class. But mostly, I need to do it for my center, for balance, and because I miss it.
Okay. So I went to 2 yoga classes, the instructor took a 2-week vacation, I got really busy at work. Thus paused my yoga classes. But, I’m back. I went last week. I know it’ll be tough to go this Thursday because I’m going out of town on Friday but I plan to be there because I’ll miss the following week due to being out of town. It was great to be back. It was great to be remembered. It’s great to have something pulling me to continue with physical activity and strives towards better health.
I went to yoga class yesterday after work. It was FABulous. Yogalates with Truth—I highly recommend it. Apparently, the classes may vary greatly from week to week. She teaches Pilates, two forms of yoga, and a yoga-pilate hybrid. It was spiritually energizing, in addition to physically good, which is how yoga should be.
At times, I found my lack of movement to be a bit embarrasing. But, on other movements, I was above average. The instructor even lucked up on a back stretch with me that gave her a really good stretch. I don’t feel bad about the experience. I went where I am and look forward to progressing with my ability and enjoying the journey.
I did 45 minutes of yoga this week. It was an interesting experience—I’m all tight (stiff) and whiney. I’m hoping to stick with it for a while as part of my overall weight loss/muscle building program. We’ll see.
I’ve gone to a yoga class several times now, but don’t know whether or not I’m going to continue. I’m considering switching to a swimming class with the warmer weather. Maybe I’ll do both.
Im not skilled, but I did make some steps to receive a bit of guidance.
I joined a gym two weeks ago. When searching for one, having yoga classes was a priority requirement. I think I’ll be in my first class next week.
