100 sit-ups (well, crunches) down today. They had a nice little burn to them. They really took it out of me, though, as I feel myself getting sick (from the woman). My throat is real scratchy. I’m still going to try to do all of these fitness goals, unless I’m on my deathbed.

I’m giving it a go. It’s not something that will make me “get ripped”, but what is healthy living if not a series of small, slight adjustments?

littlered81 is waiting for her first baby to make an appearance
Even though this caused me a lot of pain to start with after about a week the pain subsided, and then after a few weeks I was able to do crunches (which are even better). I started seeing results within a month and by that time I was already hooked. I’ve continued to do this long after the 100 days is up and whilst it wont give you a six pack it will tighten your stomach and you’ll probably lose a few inches too! All in all, well worth the initial pain and I would encourage anyone to take on this task.

Ha ha, what a fool I was – this bloody hurts! I’ve been in constant pain for two days I can’t move without wincing – how un-fit am I?

I think this should be a pretty easy one to start with, I do lots of sits up but lack the motivation to do them every day. What better motivation is there than not wanting to lose face on an internet site?
I shall keep you all updated with my progress and if i’m happy with the results I’ll post a pic :)

Well, this will rock, sit ups are a peice of cake. And i always try to do them daily and always break and then stop. BUT… This time will work i know it because it’ll be easy to remember. Good luck to the others
