visit Marilyn Monroe's grave

I want to visit Marilyn Monroe’s grave and pay my respects. She is my idol.

My friend surprised me yesterday and took me to Marilyn’s crypt. she knows how big of a fan i am. It was surreal. Just standing there looking at her name…and knowing that she was there. It was amazing. I highly suggest going there if you are a fan. It is kind of hard to find, but it’s a peaceful, beautiful place. The perfect place for Marilyn.

The Pierce Brothers Memorial Park is a really great little destination. Lots of stars have been laid to rest there. We visited for the second time today, taking my parents along so my dad could see the grave of drummer and band leader Buddy Rich.

The empty crypt next to Marilyn’s was recently purchased by Hugh Hefner. Talk about prime California real estate!

This was a great experience. I love Marilyn Monroe and I am really glad I was able to do this the last time I was in Hollywood!
