Ride the Whole Katy Trail on bike

This is a good photo of me and my friend Stich who were going to ride the Katy Trail. In this photo you will see him on his bike riding off completing his goal… you will see me: I am the girl that just decided that I had enough… I even left my bike in the middle of the road. I am done. Cant do it. I give up.

Shhhhh… psssssst… “here is my issue… I have another goal “Never Give Up”. Please don’t report me. PLEASE! I am just about at my breaking point.. I don’t know if I can handle that additional stress going up before the 43T council on a blatant and flagrant violation such as this. Keep this between us…“

I am in.

I was about 45 minutes from The Katy Trail last week. This doctor that I was working with mentioned it to me. He said it was a very nice ride.

So… I need to find a riding partner to go on this with me. I do need to train for a bit to be able to do the entire ride. I plan to get several miles this weekend…

I did this in May 2005 with three friends. Talk about an awesome experience! We started from Sedalia, rode 35 miles west to Clinton and then turned around and rode all the way to St. Charles (225 miles). When it was all said and done, my odometer read 280 miles (including the extra riding around we did in towns along the way) and we did the trip in four days.
