get my moles checked by a doctor

Had my appt. today. Had three removed. They’ll call next week if there are problems or concerns.

I had a couple people say something to me, so I finally sucked it up and made an appt. I’m nervous about it, but I know it will be good to have it done.

I had always worried about a few of my spots.. especially because i can be a bit of a tan-addict when it comes to summer time. So i went to a skin-cancer specialist and had an all over check.

He gave me the all clear plus some tips for warning signs to look out for.

I feel a lot more confident now that I’ve had it done!

I heard an add for a mole doctor in the city while I was out shopping for tools… reminded me to chase this up again. I did ask my sister about a doctor she knew about, but she couldn’t remember the details. I don’t want to entrust myself to a GP because they seem tremendously unreliable (some good some bad), so I am pretty keen to find a specialist mole guy/gal.

This is starting to get silly, I know it’ll only take a couple of hours out of the week to get this done but I keep putting it off because I am too lazy. What if I am unknowingly developing a skin cancer? I have emailed my sister to find out about this mole doctor she mentioned once.
