make vodka jelly shots

made 78 shots and they were gone in an hour!

This Saturday night I’m having a jelly-shots night at my house with a few friends. I’ve never made it before, but it should be fun :)
Not sure how many shots I’ll need to make though.. I don’t want to run out half way through the night!

Ran across an awesome recipe from a mixologist in Cali. He has reinvented the way of serving jello shots. While trying to look for more recipes for this new concept, I was directed to this site.

I made them for my housewarming on the 2nd of September… they weren’t set though :( I used the quickset jelly but apparently it takes more than 4 hours.

They’re set now though. Yum :)

More or less, just substitute 1 cup of Vodka for a cup of water. It’s all it takes. I made a batch where I substituted 2 cups of water with 2 cups of run\vodka and they were strong, but good.

Experiment. It’s fun and easy.

Its a great thing to do for a party but it takes forever and dosent really get you drunk. But they definetly are fun.

Made some for friend who was having a family party. One problem we forgot to tell the parents. Result all the kids ate them and were totally out of control. Mix of too much sugar and too much alcohol ha ha !
