This goal is very important to me. I do tang-so-do once a week right now and flexibility would make everything easier, mostly with doing fancy kicks and speed for higher kicks. As of now to complete this goal i am stretching every morning in the shower. the warm water makes me think i can stretch further i don’t know if that is true but it’s a physiological thing.

I’ve done bellydancing, and ballet, but when I got Callanetics (available in the library in book and video format)
it was a challenge of focus and muscle isolation
you never move more than an inch, or even a half inch…:D
the trick is getting control and getting incrementally BETTER
I like how Callan respects your back and different levels of ability
ALso as age catches up with ligaments and joints, a superantioxident and FLX really helps!!
