Its easy.
First learn how to do a hand stand.
I guess I was born knowing how to do that. You don’t need to be able to stay up very long, just need to be able to do it. A second will do. Then fall to the other side. Its scary unless you’re a kid (lol, this is when I learned and kids are fearless). As you fall, you have to figure a way to land so you don’t hurt yourself. Do this several times. Voila.
‘Cuz that’s what it looks like when I try to do a frontflip. I think there’s some potential though!

woot! so im going to hang out with my friend (who happens to be a gymnast) at the gym tomorrow..(as in gymnastics gym) and she’s gonna teach me how to do a front flip! over the summer i learned how to do a front walk over, and apparently thats like a “basic step” or something..so wish me all sorts of luck, and cross your fingers for me so i don’t break my neck:S!
AS YOU JUMP MAKE SURE YOU GET PLENTY OF HEIGHT AND AS YOU READY YOURSELF AS YOU BOUNCE LIFT YOUR ARMS ABOVE YOUR HEAD BONCE ONCE MORE IN THAT POSITION AND FORCE YOUR HANDS FORWARD KEEPING YOUR BODY RELITIVLY STRAIGHT AND BE PREPARED TO LAND
THE FIRST FEW TIMES YOU WILL LAND ON YOUR HEELS AND ON TO YOUR ARSE SO KEEP TRYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Practise doing a front tumble without letting your head touch the trampoline….Afterwards just jump 3 bounces and say Ready 1 2 3 and either took up on 2 and then do it or on 3 take one big push once the trampoline is pushed down and throw your legs over your head with your arms up, knees tucked in and you shoud feel like a weighty sensation, after this you should be able to push your legs out and able to land, sometimes maybe not enough air so you will land on your backside, sometimes too much and youll land forwards :) hope this helps
I took gymnastics back a couple years ago and my instructor said to reach up high and in front and tuck in mid air. I Tried but came up short until i grabbed my legs with my arms.
