Ken Chen Trying to keep my desk clutter at a minimum
They put me inside a pod filled with a mix of water with Epsom salts. I was floating freely. They closed the lid and I was totally in the dark. After a minute the water took unto my body temperature and also the air inside the chamber. It was awesome, the feeling of weightlesness. Stood in there in total silence for an hour.
I really recomend those out there with access to this to give it a try.

Aiming for one silent hour, my boyfriend and I easily enjoyed three hours of silence. For the summer of 2008, I’m aiming higher—silent Thursdays. Even if the silence only lasts the morning or evening, the benefits will be worth any attempt.

It is one of my unofficial mottoes (I have no official ones), borrowed from Ehrmann: “Go placidly amid the noise and haste, /
and remember what peace there may be in silence.” Challenge yourself for one day to see just how quiet you can live: creep in your shoes, sit down slowly in your seat. Don’t grind your knife against the plate. Speak few words, and speak them humbly, but firmly. Marvel at the world that reveals itself to you when you cease to barrage it with your sound and fury.

I have done this several times and have always had good results. My intuition became more developed and I became aware of and was able to ‘repair’ some energy leaks
