I was really upset yesterday because of things that were going on but I still had an underlining “but it’s okay”-ness going on. This is new to me, but good and tells me I am making progress!! :)
I am happy right now but my problem is being happy tomorrow when things aren’t so great. It’s easy to be happy when things are going well but if you are happy when things are not going your way, that is something!!

let go of the hatred, anger, everything garbage and non-essentials. i have to and need to to achieve this goal. but I CAN. I CAN!
i realized that one of the key to happiness or one thing that can make me happy is to exercise..Ü here is my schedule for my exercise today:
01:40 – 02:15 – exercise (body balance)
02:15 – 03:15 – take a shower, dress up
03:15 – 03:50 – relax, use the internet, drink coffee
i will do this more ofter
on friday there will be a yoga class at 01:15pm and i will attend it hopefully for my happiness..Ü
