mejaka is on the preferred substitute list--for Project. Weird.
I apparently found the website about ten minutes before it became the most incredibly popular site on the planet. I had little trouble signing up for three journals, but two days later when a friend tried, the site was so busy she couldn’t get anywhere.
Two of the journals made it to me; the other is apparently lost. But I sure had fun with the ones I got!

Lissi is not looking forward to today
After tons of doctor’s visits, this journal is finally done and ready to go. I have a full group and am just waiting for addresses to get the flight sheet going. Can’t wait! Will update again when it has been sent.

Actually am participating in 1001 Journals – by same person, but you can actually start a journal and get it to travel yourself.
check it out.

I’m sad that I only heard from one or two books, & the ones I got weren’t all that creative. I was hoping to learn from others & instead learned that I was more creative than the others.
Humph

OK, there are about 12 journals curculating including hte 2nd version of mine.
& none of them are with me…. theoretically noone is spending more than a month with any one particular book, and YET—it’s been months since I’ve seen any…
I’m looking forward to what comes next.

OK, so my original book got lost after it’s second mailing (the woman had dropped out, but the person mailing didn’t take note of that).
I’ve restarted my book only THIS time I sent it out w/ some particular challenges to shake things up among my group a bit… they’ve been doing some pretty straight writing stuff… & here I come & send htem a book that’s already been colored in…NOW what will they do? (heh, heh, heh…)
I’m curious what will happen, & eager to receive the next in the series (we each started a book, & then it curculates among us until the original owner gets it back).
interested to see what happens.

OK, so no journals here – I’m thinking about recreating my journal. —still quite bummed that the original hasn’t shown up.

OK, so MY journal disappeared into the ether.
The woman who has it hasn’t written back.
I’m hopeful that it will be returned.
Sad that it’s lost in lalaland.
I have a new one & am working on it, hoping to mail that out soon…
